MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA - The Twin Cities law firm of Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon and Vogt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Penelope (Penny) Phillips has rejoined Felhaber Larson Fenlon & Vogt’s Minneapolis office. Penny represents clients in all areas of employment law, including advice and counsel, FMLA and disability issues, wage and hour, all forms of discrimination and harassment. She also has experience in collective and class actions. Penny is admitted to state and federal courts in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Penny has extensive experience in training Human Resource Staff, managers and frontline staff, as well as other attorneys, in all areas of employment law. She has spoken at numerous seminars and CLEs locally and nationally.
Penny was an associate with the firm for over 16 years. Recently, she served as Labor & Employment counsel for SUPERVALU INC., handling labor and employment matters for its 190,000 local and national employees. She also managed the company’s wage and hour and EEOC class litigation. Penny will be a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Litigation Practice groups.
