Timothy Hassett practices in the areas of real estate, construction and business law. He has experience in real estate development and construction for healthcare clients and for residential and commercial developers. He also has significant experience in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate and in real estate related litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a past Chairman of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Real Estate Section, a Certified Real Property Law Specialist in the State of Minnesota and a Member of the Real Property Law Specialists Certification Board of Directors. He is also experienced in appellate practice, having represented clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin appellate courts.

Tim Hassett has published over 50 articles on various real estate, business and construction law topics. He is a co-editor of the Minnesota Real Estate Deskbook, published by Minnesota CLE. He has also published articles in the Minnesota Real Estate Law Journal, The Minnesota Builder Magazine and in the Builders Digest. He is co-author of the Summary Guide to Construction Defect Claims, published by Minnesota CLE.
