William Ecklund specializes in the areas of Employee Benefits Law and Risk Management, and represents many jointly administered multiemployer plans covering pension, health and welfare, apprenticeship and vacation and holiday funds. Mr. Ecklund has represented associations of employers and single employers in the formation of 501(c)(9) trusts for the self funding of employee benefit programs, the formation of captive insurance companies and in handling other specialized risk management issues. He has also formed and represents trade associations of employers, especially in the construction industry.
