| Kristine Rock Nycholat practices primarily in the areas of employment, labor law, and general litigation. Ms. Nycholat utilizes her legal training and work experiences to assist clients in resolving disputes and litigating cases. We are delighted to have Ms. Nycholat rejoin the firm after time spent living abroad. |
| Matt Schwandt focuses his practice on employment and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Felhaber, Matt was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota. While working in the Office of the Attorney General, he defended the decisions of Minnesota’s largest executive-branch agency in state, federal, and administrative courts. |
